Book Blogger New Year's Challenge - January 10, 2014.

Book Blogger New Year's Challenge

10.  New things I will be doing this year.

Well, I'm only hosting two challenges and not participating in any others (subject to change of course).  Hopefully, this will put less pressure on me.  Speaking of less pressure, I'm going to try not to worry about reviews,  how slow I read and blogging in general.

How about you?  What new things will you be doing this year?

Nice, I think I too need to worry less this year. Good luck. :)

This year I need to either find a new way to write shorter/easier reviews OR stop worrying about it all together and write whatever I want.

I don't even know why it's such a big deal to me but it seems like one of life's great mysteries. lol

I have a lot I want to do this year, but not exactly related to blogging. I want to do more, and I figure that will also help with blogging, because then there'll be more to talk about :-)

that's great and I plan on scheduling my reviews and just enjoy reading books with out reviewing them all. More running, school, and working . But I have enjoyed my stepping back from blogging :)

Writing book reviews is what I'm doing this year that's new! I'm hoping that it will help me reach some reading goals that I've had difficulty attaining in the past, but I'm not sure if I can keep an adequate schedule so I'm starting out small. If I find that I like posting reviews on Goodreads in six months, I'll move on to building an actual blog.

@Becky-I should apply the not worrying thing to other aspects of my life as well.
@Karen-It *is* one of the blogging mysteries of life. Maybe it's because we saw how others were doing it? Maybe we are products of our education? But I agree with you. Need to find a better way that is more appealing to me.
@Tanya-I totally agree. I love finding out other parts of life that my bloggy friends participate in. I think it makes people more relatable.
@Julie-It doesn't even seem like you've stepped back from blogging. I guess it's all in the attitude.
@Meranda-That is a great idea. I started small too. I did start out with a blog, but I didn't do anything fancy with it until I hit the 6 month mark.
