2. Dusty Volumes 2012 Reading Challenge, hosted by me, Midnyte Reader.  This challenge was born because there are several books that I have always wanted to read, but have never gotten around to.  I don't want to seem like an ignoramus every time these works come up in conversation anymore!  Please click on the button to join.

3.  I thought of this challenge a long time ago and then I forgot about it.  That's what I get for not writing it down.  It's basically a challenge to celebrate a City I love -  New Orleans.  Please click on the button to join.

4. I am also participating in Reading With Tequila's 2012 Book Blogger Recommendation Challenge.  I already have so many books on my TBR list and I really want to get to them.  This challenge is the perfect impetus to get me to do so.

For details on this challenge please click HERE.

5. I came across the 2012 Witches and Witchcraft Reading Challenge on Melissa's Eclectic Bookshelf.  I love this idea and I kind of wish I had thought of it!  But at least I get to participate!  Please click on the button to join.

6.  I figured...while I was joining in all these challenges I may as well repeat the Horror and Urban Fantasy Reading Challenge I did last year at Book Chick City.  It's right up my alley!  Please click on the button to join.

7. The Ghostly Reading Challenge 2012 hosted by Babbling About Books and Stuff is the final challenge I'm participating in this year.  I loooove anything ghostly.  I even try to find ghost tours on every vacation I go on.  Please click on the button to join.

If none of the above challenges appeal to you, check out Challenge Your Reading, you're bound to find a reading challenge to join!

I love a good challenge and I love reading!  So what could be better than combining the two?  Below are the reading challenges I'm participating in for 2011.

1.  Horror and Urban Fantasy Reading Challenge hosted by Book Chick City.  I like this challenge because I really wanted to use this blog to focus primarily on Horror books.  However, there are so many other books I want to read that I keep getting a bit off track.  I can however, utilize the books in this challenge to crossover into other challenges.  I also like being able to add the books as I go along.  A minimum of 24 books sounds a bit daunting, but I'm going to try.  Please click on the button to join!

2. Mini Book Challenge (2011) hosted by Lazy Girl Reads.  I signed up
for this challenge because it's not daunting.  You just need to choose 4 books, Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Blue.  That is such a cute idea!  Please click on the button to join!

3. 2011 Fantasy Reading Challenge, hosted by Darlyn & Books.  I've been drawn to the Fantasy genre for as long as I can remember.  I think I got this challenge in the bag!  Please click on the link to join!

4. Dusty Volumes Reading Challenge, hosted by me, Midnyte Reader.  This challenge was born because there are several books that I have always wanted to read, but have never gotten around to.  I don't want to seem like an ignoramus every time these works come up in conversation anymore!  Please click on the button for sign up and rules.
