2013 TBR Challenge hosted by Roofbeam Reader

I needed impetus for reading some books in my HUGE TBR pile, so I thought this was the perfect challenge to join.  Hosted by Roofbeam Reader, the goal is to finish and review 12 books by the end of the year that you've been meaning to read but haven't gotten to yet. The only rule is that they have to have a publishing date before January 1st of 2012.

Check out my pile below.

Great pile! I loved A Discovery of Witches and The Passage, and The Girl Who Played with Fire! I have Graveminders and The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane gathering dust on my shelves, and I was so impressed with Carnival of Souls that I'll at least read Graveminders. Good luck!

I started Carnival of Souls, but got distracted by something else. I'm glad you liked a few of the other books I have on the pile.

I love when challengers post a picture of their TBR Pile Challenge book stack! I think I need to do that soon, and update my post with it. :) I've had The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane for a while, but haven't read it yet. It looks so interesting, too. Looking forward to reading your thoughts on that one, for sure. Same thing with The Passage and A Discovery of Witches. I've literally owned both of those since pre-publication, as I got them as advanced gifts. Whoops! Maybe your reviews will finally convince me to get them read! Lol Good luck!

Oh man. I should really join this, I was just staring at my TBR pile and feeling uber guilty at how long some of the books had been sitting in that pile. I will get to them. I will. I WILL! Goodluck with this challenge Pam!

Adam: I'm looking forward to reading all these books. Thanks for hosting the Challenge.

Jenny: Yes, all those books are reminders of guilt!

The Passage is so long that it scares me. I got the audio version, but I can't bring myself to start it.
