Answer:
Here we have Mr. Meow Meow Kitty. He is quite evil and tries to thwart my every endeavor. Eating, reading, walking. Sometimes he tries to lure me into a fale sense of security by purring and snuggling close, but I try not to let my guard down. The only time he bothers me when I'm reading is when he is hungry. Then he'll stare at me and start yelling until I feed him.
This is my precious little Mari, the cutest doggie in the world. Okay, I'm very biased. But look at her big, brown eyes! I really love this dog because she is very independent and doesn't constantly need my attention. She usually hangs out at the foot of my bed and sometimes sits right next to me when I read. Petting her while doing so is very therapeutic.

Oh wow! I didn't know about this meme. I too have a couple of fur babies. Mine are two kitties and they both have diabetes. I actually started a blog about them that you can find here:

That dog is so beautiful!! :) And you have a black cat, too. I love black cats. I wonder if Mr. Meow Meow is a crayon short of a full box like my black cat is, and all the other black cats I know...lol
I want a puppy, but I don't have one yet!
I think Mari MAY well be the cutest dog in the world. I also have evil cats. Love them but they seem to believe they are transparent and that I am able to read through them.
LOL regarding Mr Meow Meow Kitty, they do sometimes get like that don't they? I swear my fur babies sometimes do things to me just because they're annoyed and in one of those wicked and naughty moods.

Mr Meow Meow Kitty has such beautiful eyes! And your puppy dog is so adorable, I bet her fur is so wonderful to pet. I love independent animals - hence why I have cats - I don't really like dogs that whine constantly for attention and need to be touched all the time.
@Angie-I'm so sorry your kitties have diabetes. That must be very challenging.
@Smash-Sometimes my husband does think MMMK is on crack.
@Steph-I didn't have a dog until I got married. I wasn't allowed to have one. Making up for it now!
@Stephanie-Thank you! I agree about Mari. The cat does that to my husband, but seems to know my lap is off limits when I'm reading.
@Angelica-Yes, I think cats are here just to thwart us sometimes.
@Moonlight-Yes, Mari is great to pet. I am the same way with my pets. I used to have a Golden Retriever who I loved of course, but God forbit you stop touching him.
I think it's a cats job to thwart things lol
My dogs are pretty independent too which I love. I used to have one with separation anxiety and that was tough.
